- It is important to the German Centre for Lung Research (DZL) to inform patients, relatives and the interested public about new findings on lung diseases. For this reason, we cooperate with the Lung Information Service (LID) based at the Helmhotz Zentrum München. DZL scientists and physicians provide their expertise to the LID.
- The LID edits this information and offers up-to-date, scientifically verified information from all areas of lung research and medicine in a comprehensible form via the internet. For further information please refer to the LID Homepage (in German).
- LID has created fact sheets on various disease areas and topics related to lung health. They briefly and concisely explain the most important information on each topic. You can download all fact sheets free of charge at LID website (in German).
