DZL-scientist Christoph Plass and his team have successfully used epigenetically acting drugs to increase the recognition of cancer cells by the immune system. Using specific drug-combinations, this approach promises new possibilities in the fight against cancer by enhancing the efficacy of cancer immunotherapies.
