News from the "BMS Stiftung Immunonkologie"

Ms Mariam Elshiaty, medical doctoral student at the Thoraxklinik at Heidelberg University Hospital (AG Prof. Dr. med. Petros Christopoulos Lab) was the youngest of three recipients of the Bristol Myers Squibb Foundation Immunoncology Research Award "Young Scientists IO" for innovative and excellent scientific and medical work in the field of immuno-oncology. Her DZL-funded award-winning work addressed the clinical utility of gene expression and T-cell receptor (TCR) analyses in the blood of patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) undergoing immunotherapy.
